Most of what’s running your life isn’t fact!
Most of what runs your life isn’t the facts of what happened, but the meaning you attached to it in the moment. That meaning becomes a story, and over time, the story starts to feel like truth. You stop questioning it and begin living from it as if it’s reality. That’s where drama is created, not in the event itself, but in the interpretation layered on top of it. When you can separate what actually happened from what you made it mean, something opens up. In that space, you regain choice. And with choice comes the possibility of a different way of living.
Why I Don’t Set Boundaries!
You don’t need to control people to protect your peace.
What if the work isn’t about setting boundaries… but about living in alignment?
When you stop reacting, defending, and explaining, something shifts.
You’re no longer managing others.
You’re choosing yourself.
Not from ego.
From clarity.
From agreement.
“This is who I am… and this is how I show up.”
And suddenly, everything feels lighter.
