Most of what’s running your life isn’t fact!

Most of what shapes our reality isn’t the event itself; it’s the meaning we assign to it.

Two people can live through the same moment and walk away with completely different lives, not because the facts changed, but because the interpretation did.

Over time, those interpretations harden into stories. And those stories quietly begin to run the show; how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, what we believe is possible, and where we assume we’re stuck.

That’s where “drama” is born.

Not in what happened, but in the narrative built around it.

A shift becomes possible when we begin to separate fact from story. When we pause long enough to ask: What actually happened here, and what did I add to it?

You don’t need a different life to experience a different reality. You need a different relationship to the meaning you’re making.

Transformation often starts there: not by changing everything outside you, but by loosening your grip on the stories that no longer serve you—and choosing to tell the truth more cleanly.
